4. Personal Data We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. This information is transmitted directly to and stored by our authentication provider, WorkOS. We do not store your password or personal profile data in our own databases.
Search queries (property addresses, areas) are processed in real time to return results and are not stored or linked to your identity.
We do not log IP addresses, do not fingerprint your browser, and do not build behavioural profiles.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for preference cookies (language). You may withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings.
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) — processing your account data to provide the service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — strictly necessary cookies to secure authentication and protect against CSRF attacks.

No personal data is shared with financial data providers (Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage, etc.) — only anonymous market data queries are made.

- Language preference — stored for 1 year, refreshed on change.
- Account data (in WorkOS) — retained until you request deletion.
